In May, Pokawa teams up with Decathlon Coach to support you in your Wellness routine. 

The objective? To give you a boost to move more, simply, and without pressure.

Through this challenge, we invite you to Integrate movement into your daily routine, at your own pace, whether you're team yoga, brisk walking, Pilates or running.

10 sessions to get started

Until 31 May, take on the challenge we’ve put together for you directly on the free Decathlon Coach 100% app:

STEP 1 Sign up for the Decathlon loyalty programme.

STEP 2 To carry out 10 sessions By the end of the month, brisk walking, Pilates or running.

You don't need to be an expert: the main idea here is to create a routine, little by little.
