A brand new recipe full of Asian flavours! 🌴
At the beginning of March, Pokawa opened the doors of Bali during a press and influence event in the "Mademoiselle Mouche" barge for the launch of the new bowl: the Bali bowl or the hand-poked escape.
On the programme? Balinese dances and massages, a photobooth in front of the Eiffel Tower, exotic fruit juices, good music, good vibes, but above all the tasting of the Bali Bowl ✨
Its ingredients? Vinegared rice, chicken in satay sauce, a duo of carrots, beetroot with chioggia, lamb's lettuce, cucumber slices, red cabbage and pineapple cubes for a sweet touch.
And to add a bit of flavour as a topping: cashew nuts, sesame seeds and a few pansy flowers to make this bowl even better! 🌺
