GENERAL QUESTIONS

POKAWA now has over 100 Barakawas throughout France, but that's not all! We're also present in Spain, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg!

To find us, go to the Restaurants section to find the Barakawa nearest you.

If you can't find one nearby, don't worry! POKAWA will soon be setting up near you to treat you and all of you to even more! 😋

We're not taking bookings at the moment. You can drop in at any time during our opening hours and our teams will be delighted to welcome you! 😋

We have nothing against our canine friends, but it depends on our Barakawa for reasons of hygiene. To find out more, don't hesitate to contact the POKAWA restaurant directly by phone! 🍍

Pokawa loyalty programme

We've just updated our loyalty programme to pamper you even more! 😋

Today, thanks to your account created on our POKAW'APP, for all orders placed via our kiosk, website or app, your account is credited with 1 point for every euro spent!

(Please note! To avoid losing your points, please use the same telephone number on the terminal as on our application).

The tiers have also changed, and here are your new benefits:

  • 25 points = A drink or dessert of your choice
  • 50 points = A free sideboard
  • 75 points = The Lil Poké of your choice
  • 100 points = A Lil Poké formula + Drink + Dessert

The old loyalty points have unfortunately disappeared as they do not have the same function as the new ones. The kitty has been converted into a promotional coupon which we sent you by email in March.

Food restrictions

POKAWA is genuinely concerned about each and every one of your eating habits. Whether by choice or due to certain intolerances! 😉

As far as allergens are concerned, we invite you to consult our online menu On our website, each allergen is indicated on each product by means of small pictograms.

On-site and online ordering

POKAWA accepts several methods of payment, from cash on the spot to bank cards and luncheon vouchers. However, we are currently working with our partners to make all restaurant cards available in all our restaurants nationwide. If you encounter a problem registering your restaurant voucher or if it is not offered, we invite you to pay by bank card directly 😉
To change the time of your Click&Collect order, we invite you to call the restaurant in question directly to notify them of the change! You can contact them directly by phone during opening hours. Take a look at the Restaurants category for all their details!
Changed your mind or running out of time? We invite you to notify the Barakawa concerned so that you can obtain your refund. (Be careful, however, not to wait until the last minute, in which case we unfortunately won't be able to cancel your order...) You can contact them directly by phone during opening hours. Uber Eats has its own customer service system, so please contact them directly if you encounter any problems. We encourage you to report this incident in your Order History > Order Choices > Help. 🍍
If you encounter a problem with delivery (delay, order not received, etc.), we invite you to contact Deliveroo support directly to inform them of your concern. If the problem concerns our products (missing product, order error, etc.), contact us directly via our “Customer Service” form, mentioning the restaurant in question, the nature of your problem, your order number, the receipt and any photos attached! 🍍
