We are now CSA certified (Aquaculture Stewardship Council) and MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) for all its seafood proteins (salmon, prawns and tuna). This double international certification guarantees traceable seafood products from certified sustainable fisheries or aquaculture farms, served in Pokawa restaurants.
