Fresh and varied ingredients

A balanced meal starts with the quality of the ingredients. The idea is to capitalise on fresh and natural : 

  • Colourful vegetables (rich in fibre and micronutrients) 
  • A satiating base (rice, quinoa, sweet potato...) 
  • Lightly processed products 
Proteins for energy and satiety

Proteins are essential for supporting energy ⚡️ and avoid hunger pangs. 

Fish, chicken, tofu, eggs, plant-based alternatives 🌱... The important thing is to have a source of quality protein for a complete and balanced meal. 

This is what keeps you fuller for longer and prevents you from feeling sluggish. 

Good fats: essential for pleasure

Fat has long been demonised. And yet.., the right fats (avocado, seeds, olive oil, nuts...) are essential 👌. 

They are involved in satiety and nutritional balance... and to taste. A drizzle of oil, a handful of seeds or a few slices of avocado 🥑 can transform a plate.

A gourmet meal also involves textures and seasonings.
