Durante a\u00f1os, una vocecita me dec\u00eda: \u00ab\u00bfPara qu\u00e9 cocinar s\u00f3lo para ti? Me saltaba comidas porque <\/em><em>Estaba demasiado enfrascado en un proyecto. Me dec\u00eda a m\u00ed mismo: \u00abNo importa, puedes compensarlo esta noche\u00bb. Y a veces me olvidaba por completo de la comida.<\/em><\/p><p><em>Todo empez\u00f3 cuando me di cuenta de que la comida es combustible, no una recompensa que te das a ti mismo cuando no puedes comer mucho. Comer bien no significa necesariamente pasar 1 hora en la cocina.<\/em><\/p><p><em>Por eso Pokawa es una de mis comidas favoritas. Un Pok\u00e9 Bowl es una comida realmente equilibrada: prote\u00ednas, carbohidratos buenos, verduras frescas, en 5 minutos.
